Role of BlueBird International
BlueBird International provides a flight-only booking portal with customer support, payment status checks, ticket preparation, and after-sales assistance.
Air transport is operated by airlines and travel providers. Airline fare rules, baggage rules, schedule changes, document requirements, and refund eligibility are set by the relevant airline or provider.
Searches and fares
Search results, prices, availability, baggage information, and fare conditions can change until the booking is reviewed and ticketed.
A submitted booking request is not an issued ticket. BlueBird International may review payment status, passenger details, fare rules, airline availability, and document requirements before the ticket is ready.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate passenger names, contact details, dates of birth, travel documents, and payment information.
Customers are responsible for checking passport, visa, transit, health, and entry requirements before travel.
Payments and ticketing
Payment may be processed through available payment methods shown during checkout. Bank transfer payments are checked before the ticket is prepared.
BlueBird International may refuse, cancel, or pause a booking request when payment cannot be confirmed, airline availability changes, fare rules require extra review, or passenger information is incomplete.
Support and after-sales
After purchase, customers can use Manage booking or Support to request help with documents, ticket status, changes, cancellations, refunds, or schedule changes.
Response and processing times can depend on airline rules, payment provider settlement, travel provider systems, and the completeness of customer information.
