Sharing with airlines and providers
Booking and passenger information may be shared with airlines, travel providers, payment providers, email delivery providers, hosting providers, and support tools where necessary to provide the service.
Payment card data is handled by payment providers when card checkout is enabled. BlueBird International should not request full card details through email or public support messages.
Retention and security
Booking records are kept as needed for travel service delivery, customer support, accounting, legal obligations, dispute handling, and operational audit trails.
Access to booking records should be limited to authorized staff and protected by production credentials, secure sessions, and secure working procedures.
Customer choices
Customers can contact support to request help with booking information, communication preferences, or questions about personal data used for a booking.
Some information may need to be retained where required for ticketing, airline records, payment records, legal obligations, or fraud prevention.
