Before ticket issue
If a booking request has not yet been ticketed, BlueBird International may be able to cancel or pause the request more easily, depending on payment status and supplier availability.
Customers should contact support as soon as possible if a route, date, passenger detail, or payment issue needs correction before ticketing.
After ticket issue
After ticket issue, cancellation and change options depend on the airline fare rules, supplier deadlines, no-show rules, and any penalties or fare differences.
Some tickets may be non-changeable or non-refundable. Others may allow changes or cancellation only with penalties, fare differences, taxes, supplier fees, or service charges.
Schedule changes
If an airline changes or cancels a flight, BlueBird International may help review available options based on supplier information and airline policy.
Customer action may be required to accept, decline, or request assistance with a schedule-change option.
How to request support
Customers should use Manage booking or Support and include the booking reference, traveller email, requested action, and any urgent travel deadlines.
BlueBird International will review the request and respond according to booking status, supplier rules, payment status, and operational queue priority.
